Composura
Composura is a rehearsal app for difficult workplace conversations. If something is not working, or you want to stop paying for it, everything you need is on this page.
Email us. kaluprosperc@gmail.com — one person reads it, usually within two business days. Tell us which device you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong.
We cannot cancel a subscription for you, and neither can Apple or Google Support ask us to. Cancellation happens in the store you bought it from, and it takes under a minute.
iPhone or iPad. Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Composura, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Android. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Composura, then Cancel subscription.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, through the Play Store order history.
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Restore purchases. That re-checks your subscription against the store account signed in on the device. The usual cause is being signed into a different store account than the one that bought it. If it still does not unlock, email us with the store you bought from and the approximate date.
Generating replies and scorecards needs a network connection — that part does not work offline. If you are connected and it still stalls, close and reopen the app; an interrupted rehearsal can be started again from the scenario list without using up a free rehearsal.
There is no account, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Your rehearsal history lives in a local database on your device: deleting the app deletes it. See the privacy policy for what leaves the device and why.
It is not counselling, therapy, legal advice, or HR guidance. The counterpart's replies and the scorecard are generated by a language model and can be wrong. What you decide to say in a real conversation is yours.
